At first, I had worked since 1 year at HP service brand that assure technical support and service for many internatio nal customers as (Renault, Adidas, Bosch, Swiss bank, Eurovia ...). The technical support include most of the computer as similar equipment as(laptops range profession al, Tablet PC and PDA ...) and cover hardware and software points.
